Henry Fahman (CEO)

Mr. Fahman has more than 30 years’ experience in general management, finance, investments and corporate strategy. He holds a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in finance and economic analysis and policy, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP166) from Harvard Business School. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Creating Corporate Advantage, Corporate Strategy, and General Management.

Previously, Mr. Fahman served as Chairman and President of U.S.-based Providential Securities, Inc., a securities brokerage, investment banking and asset management firm (Registered Investment Adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission); as Branch Manager for The Investment Center, Inc., a securities brokerage firm; and as an investment banker and broker with A. G. Edwards & Sons and Livingston Securities, Inc. Mr. Fahman held all the principal licenses required in the U.S. securities brokerage and investment banking industry such as Series 7, Series 24, Series 4, Series 27, Series 53, Series 63, Series 65 (Registered Investment Adviser) Series 3 (National Commodity Futures Examination), and Insurance Broker License.

Mr. Fahman is an expert in reverse mergers and has assisted many companies with their stock listings in the U.S. and European stock markets, including taking the first-ever Vietnam-based company (Cavico Corporation) on the U.S. Nasdaq Stock Market.

Garry McDowall (Vice President)

Mr. McDowall has more than thirty five years experience in general management, mergers and acquisitions, finance, investments, corporate strategy and franchising. He holds a B.A. from William Penn University and M.A. from Ohio University. Mr. McDowall also holds a M.B.A from Robert Gordon University with an emphasis in international finance. He completed his Six Sigma Black Belt focused on lean management systems.

Mr. McDowall came to Philux Capital Advisors with a rich entreprenurial backgrouund in multiple business sectors. He has overseen the sucessful IPO of one of his own companies and has been involved as a senior consultant in several other IPO’s, globally.

Mr. McDowall has been an active Board member on several Fortune 500 companies over the span of his career. He is the CEO of IMR Holdings Inc. which holds equity interests within several businesses in the retail, manufacturing, agriculture, real estate development, business consulting and hospitality industries throughout the Asian continent. He is also the current COO / EVP of SuperGreen Solutions a rapidly growing renewable energy company in the United States.

He joined Philux Capital Advisors to support the organizational development of the team and play in integral role in the development of the Philux Global Energy Group and Merger and Acquisition Group of Philux Global.

Hoang D. VO (Managing Director)

MR. Vo graduated from the University of Washington, U.S.A., with a major in Business Management and Marketing. Hoang was a Marketing Manager for British Petroleum for more than 10 years in Southeast Asia.

He has been instrumental in advising numerous complex state-owned and private projects in Vietnam and providing their owners and sponsors with optimum solutions that have proven to save costs and time.

Hoang is also an expert in retail and consumer marketing who can combine theoretical underpinnings and local market realism to devise winning sales and marketing strategies for numerous products in the Southeast Asian markets.

Dan Dubell (Managing Director)

Mr. Dubell has more than 40 years of business experience, over 30 of which is in senior management roles. His experience is broad and deep, including positions from owning small businesses to those senior leadership roles. He has driven results in fortune 500 companies, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Cinnabon at a corporate and franchise level. He currently serves as CEO of SuperGreen Solutions where his team is totally rebuilding a 25 year old brand into a respected franchise system. He has led several Merger and Acquisition deals and has founded numerous companies. In his operations roles, he has successfully completed many scrape and rebuilds, ground up projects, and complete remodels. In his finance roles, he has written and managed budgets to 50 million plus. His executive roles have been characterized by building great culture and developing people.

Internationally Mr. Dubell has been involved in consulting and philanthropy efforts in Mexico, China, Ethiopia, India and various other countries.

Mr. Dubell has served on several Advisory Boards and currently serves at the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

In the faith and charitable sector, Mr. Dubell has decades of service. Most notably, he is the founder and President of International Care, Inc., which has been serving orphans and vulnerable children since 2001.

Dang Le Nguyen (Managing Director)

Mr. Nguyen holds a B.A. from University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City in 1999, and a M.A. in Economics of Development from Vietnam – The Netherlands Project on M.A. Program in Economics of Development in 1999.

Mr. Nguyen has served as Managing Director of PHILUX Capital Advisors, Inc. (fka PHI Capital Holdings, Inc.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PHILUX Global Group, Inc. (fka PHI Group, Inc.) since 2018. By joining the company, he brings about nearly 20 years of experience in socio-economic development issues, general and fund management, investment, finance and corporate strategy. During the period of 2014-2017, Mr. Nguyen served as Director of Operations for Vietnam-based Thanh Viet Investment Company Limited, where he supervised all the activities of the company including investment, corporate restructuring and advisory services. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, he worked as Associate Director at PHI Vietnam Holdings Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary and an investment & advisory arm of US-based PHI Group, Inc. (now PHILUX Global Group, Inc.) in Vietnam. From 2007 to 2008, Dang rendered the services for Thanh Viet Investment Fund Management Corporation (TVMC), the first ever local fund manager in Vietnam, as Financial Manager and then as Director of Research.

Previously, from 1999 to 2006, Mr. Nyuyen served as Research Fellow at Institute for Economic Research, Ho Chi Minh City, where he involved in a number of research projects in socio-economic development issues of Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region of Vietnam.

Michael Bennett (Managing Director)

Mr. Bennett holds a B.A. in Accounting and M.B.A in Finance from Michigan State University. He brings to Philux Capital Advisors an extensive background both in domestic and international business focusing on; accounting, finance, management, fund raising, taking companies public and corporate governance.

His extensive background includes having been a CPA, CFO, CEO, Audit Chair for several Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board and teaching at California State University-Fullerton, University of Hawaii, Chaminade University and Chapman University in California.

Having held “C” level positions for companies in various industries and geographic focus – USA, China, Singapore and Vietnam, Mr. Bennett has contacts and business relations globally. Mr. Bennett is active in fundraising, taking companies public, corporate governance, and cross border transactions.
